Allan van Meerendonk

PROJECT FOREMAN

Allan joined Brand Industry Services in 2015 and brings broad experience across commercial construction, fabrication, and live site problem solving. Since then, Allan has successfully overseen hundreds of site works across Australia and is known for practical support, safe work practices, and fit-for-purpose solutions on complex projects.

Steve Aliphon

Sales Manager

Steve joined Brand Industry Services in 2021 and brings deep print industry knowledge built across both the supply and production sides of the trade. With experience spanning paper, vinyls, films, hard substrates, wide format and small format print, Steve is known for practical advice, clear communication, and helping clients find the right path forward.

Chad Demidenko

Production Manager

Chad brings broad industry knowledge built across every aspect of print, from design and prepress through to production, application, and manufacture. With experience spanning simple labels through to large format displays and signage, Chad is known for quality outcomes, practical problem solving, and helping every job leave production at its best.

Cindy Thorne

Office Manager

Cindy joined our production team in 2016, but naturally became the person everyone turned to to make things happen. The move into the Office Manager role was a natural fit, and her hands on production experience means nothing gets past her as one of the key people keeping the business running smoothly every single day for the whole team.

Phil Jones

Director

Phil’s financial and business background has given him a strong foundation for managing complex print, signage, and project work. With a practical approach to budget oversight, stakeholder communication, and compliance requirements, he helps ensure projects are delivered with clarity, accountability, and a clear focus on quality, service, and fit for purpose outcomes.
